This morning about 8:15 I drove along Beach Drive by Glenlyon school.
Traffic was bumper to bumper with cars jockying for spots to drop off their kids.
I am certain the fasted speed possible was about five km/h at best.
Yet there were two of Oak Bay’s finest, one with a radar gun and one observing.
Just how many speeding tickets do you think they may have given out considering the snail’s pace of traffic.
I would venture to say none.
Another reason to believe Oak Bay does not want to ticket speeders.
