It nice to see just how easy it is to get all our local municipalities on board with passing and enforcing laws that prevent licenced dogs, belonging to local taxpayers, from running off-leash on our local school grounds.
Now if only they could come up with a plan that effectively prevented wild deer from eating our gardens, defecating on both private and public lands and steadily increasing the number of deer/automobile accidents.
I for one am certainly not holding my breath!
