Now, let me get this straight.
The Oak Bay Police Department wants a parking spot on Oak Bay Avenue so they can park their car while patrolling the avenue on foot?
Is it really too far to walk from the police station to the Avenue?
And as far as having an increased police presence, a better place to have it would be the calamity corner at Estevan Village, or at least in front of the schools.
