More deer on display

Christmas display on the corner of Foul Bay Road and Oak Bay Avenue includes three deer

Oak Bay has set up a nice Christmas display on the corner of Foul Bay Road and Oak Bay Avenue. But horror of horrors, it includes three deer. Were these three part of the deer count or do they have special dispensation because they are pulling a sleigh? Will they become part of the cull? Hypocrisy or irony?
