We totally agree with Ms. Roberta McCarthy’s letter of the Sept. 28.
We, too, find it puzzling that there was no coverage, let alone analysis, of the two important meetings on the topic of infill in Oak Bay. No space? No reporters available?
Yet, in the issue of Sept. 28, there were two entire pages covering the royal tour.
The charming royal couple came and will go, but we, the residents of Oak Bay will stay and have to live with the official community plan and its infill/density program imposed on us.
We repeat after Ms. Roberta McCarthy: The paper’s silence speaks volumes.
