We first noticed a change in our public garden displays this spring with the full, colourful choices of plants and flowers at Corbett’s Corner. We walk past that corner many times a week.
This year, every time we pass by Oak Bay’s beautiful gardens they make us feel happy and blessed, starting with the beautiful spring flowers and now with the outstanding summer showings.
