Apparently U.S. President Barack Obama of and President Xi Jinping of China were not swayed by David Gramlich’s letters to the Oak Bay News entitled “Climate change not certain” and “Climate change not new”, because they recently signed a joint climate change agreement in an effort to reduce their respective country’s carbon emissions and impact on human-made climate change. I suspect their science went beyond a review of Wikipedia.
