Through the medium of the Oak Bay News I want to express my sincere gratitude to the gentleman who found and returned my wedding ring, which slipped off my finger in the shower at the recreation centre about a week ago.
Since the loss occurred just a few days after my 62nd wedding anniversary, this was a devastating loss, and it was a tremendous relief to receive the phone call telling me that the ring had been found and turned in.
The gentleman did not leave his name so I hope this letter will let him know how much I appreciate his kindness.
