A toaster fire prompted heavy response from fire and ambulance late this morning (June 28) on Goldsmith Street in Oak Bay.
A woman, the lone occupant of a suite, was taken to hospital as a precaution for minor smoke inhalation, Gerry Grexton , duty supervisor Victoria District, BC Ambulance.
There doesn’t appear to be significant damage to the suite.
