On Saturday at about 3:30 p.m., one vehicle rear-ended another that had stopped for a pedestrian crossing Ring Road at the University of Victoria.
On March 31, a driver lost control and smashed into a light post while trying to turn from Henderson Road onto Ring Road at 6 p.m. Police say the driver’s speed and wet conditions were likely causes.
A similar incident happened in October, when a woman collided with a light standard while turning too fast onto Ring Road from Cedar Hill X Road.
