Paramedics and police were called to an address on Eastdowne Road at Newton Street at 3:40 a.m. last Friday, when a man was found sleeping on the lawn.
The man, 19, was unresponsive for several minutes, and when awakened, he was too drunk to answer or understand questions. Oak Bay police drove him to Saanich PD’s cells to sober up.
