Oak Bay High students were on hand on the Avenue Saturday, hosting a silent auction for Cops for Cancer.

The auction featured, among other things, a basketball signed by Steve Nash, a baseball signed by Major League pitcher Rich Harden, restaurant gift certificates and gift baskets.

Funds will go toward the school’s total, to be announced when Tour de Rock riders roll into the Oak Bay High gym on Thursday morning (Oct. 6).
