Drivers concerned about a cyclist’s safety called police last Thursday to report a man swerving into traffic and having a hard time pedalling.
Police met up with the man, 45, at 7:40 p.m. outside the liquor store at Fort Street and Foul Bay Road, and found him barely able to stand. He was lodged in Victoria police cells until he was sober.
