The Oak Bay News artist reception for the gallery showcasing work by a dozen Oak Bay Community Artists Association members.
The current showcase features a dozen members of the Oak Bay Community Artists Society and the organization’s third showcase in the newspaper office. OBCAS has 36 members and also organizes the Bowker Creek Brush Up.
