SLIDESHOW: Oak Bay High Grad 2018 Block Party

Gowns, suits and smiles filled a section of Oak Bay’s Henderson Road Friday (May 11) as Oak Bay High School’s Class of 2018 celebrated at the annual grad block party.

The annual event is held in a different neighbourhood every year since its inception. This year saw the grad festivities on Henderson Road near Carnarvon Park.

The event, running 4 to 6 p.m., provides parents and family members an opportunity to see the graduates in formal attire before they head by bus to their formal dinner/dance at the Inn at Laurel Point.

The formal Oak Bay High School graduation ceremony will be held at the University of Victoria on June 6.
