Icelandic civil engineer and crime novels and children’s book author Yrsa Sigurdardottir will speak about “the sudden, surprising emergence” of Scandinavian crime fiction at a talk on Sunday, April 3, 2 p.m. at the University of Victoria’s Clearihue building, room A311.
