The Oak Bay branch of the Greater Victoria Public Library is hosting the Emergency Preparedness Begins With You workshop on May 9 from 7 to 9 p.m. Participants will learn how to identify risks, prepare to respond, begin a recovery process and stay self-sufficient for a minimum of seven days.
