I must agree with the reader about the graphic photo in the Oak Bay News of the slain deer in the anti-cull advertisement.

Sadly this is what the Oak Bay mayor and council are condoning by having a senseless deer cull in this community. An innocent deer is trapped, brutally slaughtered and thrown into the back of a pickup truck as if it was a piece of garbage. This is what the mayor calls humane, and if the photo bothers people, which it does, then they know who to blame.
