Oak Bay has many hidden treasures. Among them are the group of imaginative, creative and playful workers from the parks and public works department who have produced the whimsical, ever-changing floral story of the UFO at the corner of Fort Street and Foul Bay Road.
Each day, we watch to see what will happen next. Thank you to whomever does this work. It is so wonderful to live in a community that can see the fun side of life.
