Oak Bay has announced they will be conducting a residents satisfaction survey and 400 residents will be contacted by phone.
I have not had a land line for five years and some of my neighbours only have portables as well.
To the best of my knowledge the municipality does not have my cell number and it is certainly not listed in any directories.
Is there not a better way to conduct this survey or is there a unknown reason Oak Bay wants to do it this way?
