I am I missing something?
The City of Victoria is exploring options where people can consume/smoke cannabis.
Even if there were a place for consumption hidden in a courtyard behind any business, how could it not compromise the Clean Air bylaw? I would hate to live in an apartment, work in a building, or rent a room in a hotel near one of these sites.
Would these sites not also invite drug dealers?
Who is going to check customers for impairment when they return to a vehicle?
