Fortunately there was no tsunami otherwise I would be missing and considered lost.
I live a few blocks from Willows Beach and only found out about the warning when I went for my morning coffee. Other customers had received an all-clear message on their phones but no warning of it happening.
As I do not own a cell there has to be another option of alerting.
