Deer plan sensible

Another week passes, another of the letters from the same five people opposing the overdue and necessary deer cull

Another week passes, another of the letters from the same five people opposing the overdue and necessary deer cull.

These letters deserve merit for their chutzpah, alone. The writers argue the cull should be opposed because it is costly, and because the deer should be a regional responsibility.

Yet what group is driving up costs with constant delaying tactics, and thwarting every action at the regional level?  Deer control opponents, please step forward.

Oak Bay has developed a sensible and humane plan to address our spiralling deer population. The voters have passed judgment.  Let’s get on with it.
