Deer on the move

Saanich, which has had many more deer incidents than anyone in the CRD, will let Oak Bay do the job for them

An interesting observation was made by a Dr Shaw in a letter to the News. He can foresee deer migrating from Saanich into Oak Bay before and after the cull which would put the onus onto Oak Bay to continue culling.

Saanich, which has had many more deer incidents than anyone in the CRD, is not interested in a cull so will let Oak Bay do the job for them. More costs to Oak Bay and no expense to Saanich. I think Saanich might have a smarter council.
