On my first sojourn along Beach Drive in many months, I was shocked by the sight of a monstrous concrete structure that dwarfed everything around it.
Disgusting and overwhelming were the first thoughts that came to mind. What was it? The new Oak Bay Beach Hotel and condominiums. I think every Oak Bay resident should make that journey to see exactly what our council has approved. A blight on the landscape indeed.
