Police were called to the 800-block around 1:30 p.m.

VicPD responded to reports of a stabbing in a restaurant in downtown Victoria Wednesday.

Police arrived on scene in the 800-block of Douglas Street just after 1:30 p.m.

A woman is reported to have been stabbed while at the restaurant. A man that was with her has been arrested.

Both were taken to Victoria General Hospital where they are being treated for various non life-threatening injuries.
