An Oak Bay officer was clocking speeders in the 2300-block of Cedar Hill Cross Rd. when a car blew by travelling 98 kilometres per hour in a 50 zone.
The 17-year-old driving had his Honda Civic seized for a week by police and was issued a $368 speeding ticket.
