Victoria police say a woman that was the subject of a high-risk missing person alert has been located.
Crystal Ross, 38, was last seen Dec. 8 in Victoria. Police were working to locate her and ensure she’s safe.
On Dec. 18 police announced that Ross had been located and was safe.
