The Pharmasave on Oak Bay Avenue hopes to rejuvenate its frontage.
Oak Bay committee of the whole approved the plan to realign the face of the building, replace windows, doors and siding as well as add a new awning. Exterior renovations include breaking the building face into three sections and installing windows with silver frames, removing one set of doors and installing two sets of automatic doors, removing existing siding and replacing with a durable wood grain aluminum product, and installing a new three-section awning above the storefront.
No variances are needed, and Oak Bay’s advisory design panel, with some tweaks, approved the project.
