Oak Bay United Church proposes to develop affordable housing in a three-storey townhouse fronting Mitchell Street and a three-and-a-half storey building on Granite. The Granite building would feature a public courtyard on the street. The new complex would also include replacement and new church and community-use spaces. The proposal promises 113 underground parking stalls for 98 units, accessed via Granite.
