Oak Bay residents are planing to stage an “Outpouring of Love for the Deer” demonstration today, Wednesday, June 26, 3-6 p.m. at the Oak Bay Municipal Hall (2167 Oak Bay Ave.). Coun. Kevin Murdoch, who was absent at Monday’s council meeting, is invited to attend.
