On Sunday, July 15, police seized an older, red Yamaha Riva scooter from the look-out on King George Terrace. The scooter had no licence plate and a flat rear tire.
It does not appear to have been stolen, simply abandoned. Should the owner wish it back, the scooter will be held at the Oak Bay police station for 90 days prior to disposal.
