Community spirit soars as Christmas lights warm Oak Bay Avenue



Oak Bay is ready for Christmas with lights blazing after a chilly but fantastic community event last night. Between the afternoon games and the official plugging in, thousands came out from Oak Bay and beyond to celebrate a launch into the season Sunday (Nov. 30)
