Teenager target of indecent exposure at Willows Beach in Oak Bay

Suspect exposed his genitals to a teenage girl Saturday

A suspect indecently exposed himself to a teenage girl near Willows Beach Saturday (March 17) afternoon.

The girl was sitting on the rocks near the stairs at the north end of the Esplanade at approximately 3 p.m. when a man walking on the sand, stopped, stared at her and exposed his genitals. The teenager left and returned home.

There was no communication between the two.

The male was described as Caucasian, in his 30s, tall, slender build, with shaggy brown hair pulled back into a ponytail.

He was wearing a woolly, blue V-neck sweater and jeans.

The Oak Bay Police are still investigating.
