A swerving and erratically moving vehicle caught the attention of officers on patrol early on Oct. 19.
The vehicle’s driver, a 37-year-old man, was pulled over on Beach Drive near Windsor Road just after 3 a.m. Police found him in possession of a small amount of marijuana, which they seized. The man’s driver’s licence was suspended for 24 hours and his vehicle impounded for the same period. He wasn’t charged.
