A Good Samaritan turned a “large amount of cash” in to police last week, said Const. Art Goodwin. The 21-year-old man found the money while walking in south Oak Bay. Police won’t release the amount or its location, but anyone wishing to claim the cash can call police at 250-592-2424 and quote file 11-2595.
