Oak Bay High Track and Field is hosting its 15th annual garden compost sale. Interested gardeners can purchase a high-quality mix of yard compost and manure for $6 a bag (35-40 pounds) or five bags for $25. The money raised will be used to fund the track team’s trip to Hawaii during spring break.
