Adams is a caddie at the club and was awarded a $50,000 U.S. Chick Evans Caddie scholarship to study at the University of Colorado, as well as a Mac Book Pro, a gift from club members. His older brother, Alex, won the scholarship last year, the first time it had been awarded in Canada.

The younger Adams will study business at the University of Colorado. Recipients of the scholarship must work for two to four years as paid caddies at the club before being eligible.
