University of Victoria Chancellor Shelagh Rogers moderates a Jan. 28 discussion on the enduring legacy of Irish poet W.B. Yeats,

Last year marked the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Irish poet and Nobel laureate and Thursday’s event also serves as a closing reception for the Celebrating Yeats at 150 exhibit at UVic.

Joining Rogers will be panelists Dr. Ann Saddlemyer, Dr. Magda Kay and Linda Hardy.

The discussion and reception runs from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28. in Room 129 of the Mearns Centre, at UVic’s McPherson Library.
