Seuss lights up the stage

“A person’s a person, no matter how small.” - Dr. Seuss

Joseph Bulman as the purrfect Cat in the Hat in Saltwater Theatre’s production of Seussical the Musical.

Saltwater Theatre brings a fantastical, magical musical to Victoria audiences.

Seussical the Musical features Joseph Bulman as the purrfect Cat in the Hat and introduces Hannah Block as JoJo, The Thinker.

Horton listens to a clover and hears a cry for help from the tiny planet of Who, but will anyone in the Jungle of Nool believe him in time to save his little friends?

Follow the Cat in the Hat (and his chaotic crew) and visit Dr. Seuss’ world of incredible creatures and magical characters.

This musical brings everyone’s favourite characters out of the books and into a fabulous adventure to help Horton hatch an egg, save a world and teach everyone that a person’s a person, no matter how small.

This Broadway musical comes to Victoria to enchant young and old, big and small with a story of bravery, friendship and inspiration.

The show also features Victoria’s Alison Roberts as the faithful Gertrude McFuzz; Kelly Hudson as the Sour Kangaroo, Sarah Carlé as Mayzie LaBird and Mikel Wall as Horton the Elephant and a fabulous cast directed and choreographed by Phoebe Rumsey.

Seussical is great fun for ages four and older. On at the Metro Studio from Oct. 19 to 27, tickets are $25 with special rates for students, seniors and large school groups, and are available at the McPherson box office 250-386-6121 or rmts.bc.ca.
