Stephen Taylor bought and planted a couple of dozen balloons on the lawn of his dad Mark’s Hampshire Road home Sunday as a surprise Father’s Day tribute.
The display of affection was so effective, Mark said, that numerous passersby have stopped to take photos. He encouraged children to stop by and grab a balloon.
