5th Garry Oak Scouts is holding its all-ages registration night for 2011-12 for boys and girls on Tuesday (June 7) from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Scout Hall in Firemen’s Park, 1703 Monterey Ave.

The divisions are as follows: Beavers is for youth ages five to seven, Cubs for ages eight to 10 and Scouts for youth 11 to 14. The troop is hoping to have enough sign ups in the 14 to 17 age bracket to have a Venturer company this year.

To register parents need to bring their child’s care card and a cheque payable to “5th Garry Oak” for $180 for the year (financial assistance is available). As a bonus, the third child signed up from the same family receives free registration.
