The City of Victoria is offering people a chance to borrow one of 20 downtown parking spaces for a specific purpose on Sept. 16.
The city is taking part in Park(ing) Day, a global initiative, with a mandate to spark dialogue about the way cities allocate space.
Individuals or groups will transform the three-by-nine-metre spaces for the day.
