Oak Bay celebrated Canada Day early as usual with a party at municipal hall this afternoon (June 30).

The hotdog lines were long but swift moving and the cupcakes, snowcones and temporary tatoos plentiful as kids played and parents listened to the Monterey Ukelele Club.
