Help create a community installation for the Moon Festival Lantern celebration.
Craft flowers, sea creatures, butterflies, animals or anything you can imagine on a simple balloon lantern structure.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for this free workshop.
For $5 you can create your own lantern, complete with carrying stick and LED light. Groups run Sept. 11, from 6-9 p.m. at Gordon Head Recreation Centre, 4100 Lambrick Way.
