Fourteen Greater Victoria and Salt Spring Island organizations are sharing a total of $253,935 from the latest round of gaming grants released by the provincial government last week.
The largest disbursements were $90,000 to the Belfry Theatre Society, $45,000 to the Peninsula Soccer Association and $26,000 to Waterski and Wakeboard British Columbia.
Across British Columbia, 146 recipients will share $3.2 million in this latest round of grants from provincial gaming revenue.
