Family fun highlights weekend activities

Enjoy a free Family Day skate at Oak Bay Recreation Centre from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on Monday

Enjoy a free Family Day skate at Oak Bay Recreation Centre from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on Monday. There will be family friendly music and games, along with a pre-school corner and a colouring and craft station off ice.

An Everyone Welcome swim from 3 to 5 p.m. that day offers the first look at a new aquatic climbing wall.

Kick the long weekend off Friday, Feb. 6 with Family Fun Gym Time from 5:15 to 7 p.m. at Henderson Recreation Centre.

Head back to Henderson Sunday, Feb. 8 for a special Family Kindergym from 11 a.m. to noon.

Oak Bay library is closed for Family Day but offers a family story time and puppet play on Friday, Feb. 6 at 10:30 a.m.
