Dr. Bing Guan will present a talk on the treatment of arthritis using traditional Chinese practices

The Victoria Canada China Friendship Association will hold a dinner meeting at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 25 at the Golden City Restaurant, 721 Fisgard St.

The speaker, Dr. Bing Guan will present a talk on the treatment of arthritis using traditional Chinese practices. The public is welcome.

For reservations, please call Joan Wicken at 250-477-6915 before Nov. 23.

Admission is $22 for members and $25 for non-members.
