Oak Bay residents are invited to join the Heritage Commission for a panel discussion on agriculture in Oak Bay with speaker Carolyn Herriot, author of the Zero Mile Diet.

The talk is on Tuesday, March 19, at 7 p.m. at the Windsor Park Pavilion, 2451 Windsor Rd. Learn about growing your own organic food.

Admission is by donation, refreshments will be served.
