Red Art Gallery’s Picture A Cure fundraiser ended up raising $8,100 for three charities.
The money will go towards the MS Society of Canada, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada and the Victoria Women’s Transition House.
“We were pleased, got great support from the community,” said director Bobb Hamilton. “It was very rewarding for us.”
Money was raised both from a silent auction and art sales at the show, a portion of which was donated to the charities.
